subscription. By purchasing from a2y, you acknowledge that these are digital
products and no physical goods will be shipped.

Delivery Policy

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Your digital details will be delivered to your registered
email within a maximum of 12 hours. (In most cases, delivery is much faster
depending on our active hours).
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking
their Inbox and Spam/Junk folders.

Usage Rules & Restrictions

To maintain service stability and warranty validity, customers must strictly
follow these rules:

For Shared Accounts: You are strictly prohibited from changing the account's
password, email, profile names, or any billing information. You must use
only the profile assigned to you.
Simultaneous Streaming: For shared accounts, you are allowed to stream on
one device at a time unless stated otherwise.
Product Keys: Keys are intended for one-time activation on a single device
unless specified.
No Reselling: Unauthorized reselling of credentials or keys provided by a2y
is strictly prohibited.

Warning: Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate termination of
service without a refund and will void your warranty.

Warranty & Support

a2y provides a Full Warranty for the entire duration of your purchased
subscription.
If you encounter any technical issues, our team will first attempt to fix
the problem or provide a Replacement.

Refund Policy

At a2y, we are committed to delivering working services. Our refund policy is as
follows:

Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund ONLY in the following
two cases:
1. If we are unable to deliver your product within the 12-hour timeframe.
2. If the product/account stops working and we are unable to provide a
  working replacement during the warranty period.
Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," accidental
purchases, or if the customer violates the usage rules mentioned in
Section 3.
